When you hear about crochet, first thing that will come into your mind is something old. Crocheting was known to be the past time of the old people. This started actually during high school. One of our class project is to learn how to crochet, crocheting is a lot more fun but yet for others, it is difficult and boring. Later on, as I continue to explore this craft, I get to be more enticed and love about crocheting and surprisingly I get to more appreciate the craft because it helped me in my mental health.

In my stressful work and environment, I search for something that will help ease my anxiety and may day to day stress, these where I started again to divert myself from crafting despite of my schedule. Little did I know that through arts and crafts, I was helped overcoming what I have gone through, with the intention to divert my stress and anxiety.
